Will there be a discount code for VIP's or are the prices already at VIP level??

That should hopefully be sorted out for next week. Launched today so everyone can see it and start registering their details on the site and once the VIP discount is sorted out then we will let you know how that works as well.

Another website has had it their way for too long!

Do you plan to show what items you actually have available in stock?

Also your carriage looks a little steep!

In time this could happen and is a good suggestion. At present we want everything working as it should and working correctly and then things can be added and changed as necessary in the future.

VIP discount code is now set up and available to find in the VIP section.

We will be extending the range of products in the shop and I imagine it will include most if not all of what we sell/offer as accessories.

I like the idea of kits as well stu

Have had similar issue for last four days accessing their site, missing Sign On option etc. Phoned them the other day, but did not receive the promised call back.
 
I have been told by SMG that Brandrup are struggling to keep up with the supply of their products, not only to the UK market but to Europe as well.That if you order something now you'll be lucky to see it by the middle of next year! They are currently recruiting new staff at Brandrup and the supply situation is hopefully going to improve over the winter.
 
Can actually see any products for sale on site just front page. Any reason for this ? Or is it just me
 
Yes very expensive visit too! Told Chris about site and he said he will tell guy who does site!
 
It says this on the Cowfold site:

JANUARY 2016

A decision has been made by Volkswagen UK to terminate business with Brandrup with immediate effect. This unfortunate situation has come about due to the lack of supply of product by Brandrup, resulting in ourselves being unable to fulfil orders.

We would like to offer our apologies for this unforeseen situation but under the circumstances we have no option but to take all the Brandrup range off our site.

Please be assured that both SMG and Volkswagen will be looking at alternative product ranges and should a suitable supplier be found we will of course add it to our website.
