Depends if you like handbags stuck to every available surface in your van ;)

Sorry, hadnt searched on the forum. handbags, like it.. I'll have a look at the comments.. Cheers.

They are quite expencive , but you get quality items that have a perfect fit.
They do have some good and handy stuff...

Surprised there is not a cost to read this thread! :D

I love Brandrup stuff.

It makes me really smug to think that I could have spent £80 on a bespoke item for collecting rubbish when instead I'm using an old carrier bag** hanging from an "S" hook on a headrest mount.

**Marks and Spencer or Waitrose of course. One must keep up appearances

Oh yes, that's my sort of solution. We hang ours on the hook above the sink. Less refined source though... I have the bin from a broken shredder to store stuff in in the boot, it works great

We hang our carrier/rubbish bag off the gear stick tho' would definitely consider a more elegant solution.

Coats are hung from the grab rail above drivers door.

Towels from the grab handle above passenger door.

Drying clothes from a bungee strap stretched between both grab handles.

Max lies on the floor between both front seats so his shaggy coat can mop up the excess drips :shocked

We got the best of both worlds. Our first Cali came with a lot of Brandrup kit that the owner had put on. Got the van at a good price so basically free Brandrup stuff. I don't think I would consider it if we had to buy it new though. Took it off and transferred it to the new van when we got it.

I've got some Brandrup stuff coming, Drawer storage bags, front window vents, Clothes line and some hooks and storage for kitchen side window. Courtesy of VW as they had to replace my EGR valve when the vehicle was 2 weeks old and had only done 900 miles. Also a bottle of Champers from the Dealership for the inconvenience.
Probably would only have bought the window vents myself but I had to make up the value of the voucher from VWCS.:D

Drivers seat back storage is fantastic fit, v.useful and top quality - recommended.

Ah, but can you get me 10% off a Marks and Spencer's carrier bag? :sad

(Memo to self: Remember, they have Albert in their workshop on Wednesday. Do you really want to collect an Albert stuffed full with carrier bags ? )....:shocked

Tell you what......next time your in I will buy you a M&S bag :)

Will it come with 3yrs Warranty?

There is one in the back seat pocket if you need to put any left-over bits somewhere.

(There are also some Tesco and Asda bags but I keep them hidden from view tucked in the tailgate with the camping chairs....).....

I saw that a "spice rack thingy shelf " that fits in front of small window next to wardrobe and above fridge was mentioned on a couple of threads but I couldn't find it on your website. I would like to see a picture of it and know it's cost, not that I want a spice rack but someone mentioned it was pretty handy to store other things

We thought long and hard before before handing over the exhorbidant amount of cash for the grey plastic series of wallets that make up the driver's seat back storage. It fitted well, blended in well with the cali interior and looked ok. What I don't like is it's bad design. The problem with it is how untidy it looks when you start putting stuff in it. (not that I use it now but my wife does) the trouble is the bottom of the pockets are sewn flush to the common backing and the tops have approx. a 2" opening that tapers down to nothing at the bottom of the pockets. So what appears to be 6" deep pocket will only take a 3" or 4" tall object hence most of the pockets are jammed with stuff that the velcro flaps cannot be closed with most of the contents exposed. If only the pockets had been made with a 2" wide base the product would have been great. As it is I'm really dissapointed with this product and wouldn't buy similar Brandrup storage pockets for other areas of the van.

Similar problem with the Brandrup Storage pockets that fit on the under seat drawer. They taper from top to bottom also.
If I'd had to pay for them then I would have been very unhappy, but OK as a freebie from VWCS.
