Removable roofbars?

Hello,
I have a T5 2015 California SE and I am looking at getting some roof bars. What I need to know is do the roofbars slide into the gutters on the top or the roof and are they easily removable? Any experience would be greatly appreciated.

Hello James,
I have Thule Wingbars 135cm and the fitting kit for the California (Thule 3149 with the lower foot pack 753 rather than 751 which I believe also fits but is taller).
The fitting kit includes T-bolts which slide into the rails in the top of the roof from front or back of the roof, and then done up with the supplied spanner, then locking covers used to secure.
Takes about 5 mins to put on.
