Something loose is rolling around

We've had our 2014 Cali for a couple of months now and loving it. Within the last couple of weeks we've noticed a sound above the sliding door which sounds like there's a ball bearing or similar rolling around. It's not constant and there doesn't seem to be any particular direction we drive in that it happens more often. Husband has dropped the interior light fittings down in case there's something inside which will fall out but seems not to have worked. There's nothing behind the table in the door nor the roof bed so at a loss. Any ideas anyone?

Have you got an awning? if so could be something within that.

At the risk of stating the obvious have you lifted the roof and checked under the bed frame / headlining ?

Thanks, yes have checked that already and nothing is loose up there unfortunately
