I am Selling My High Specification California Ocean DSG 4 Motion that I purchased form the original owner last year (3 owners on V5 as dealer pre registered but never driven, so 2 owners ). This was the original owners pride and joy and no expense was spared . He added every extra he could at the time . It was only used for Continental and UK holidays and I’ve run it the same, it’s not my day car, I just use it for trips. The paintwork is immaculate with no dents scrapes or marks. It has always been serviced by the same VW dealer. I really don’t want to sell as the transition from caravan to camper has been so successful, but a change in circumstances mean I need to move up in size slightly, probably a Grand California as the build quality is so good. I will honestly be very sad to sell this immaculate very rare top of the range fully specified VW California DSG 4 Motion. Fuel economy is great and in excess of 40 mpg (see attached picture showing over 43mpg after almost 100 mile drive) and the power/acceleration is superb. From a camping perspective, whether off grid or on electric hookup, the van is really cosy and warm. The built in diesel heater and additional Brandrup internal insulation to the poptop do a great job. When hooked up I use a tiny 400W ceramic heater, less than £30 from Amazon.
