Hi everyone. Having bought a new California Ocean in Nov 2022 I have yet to get the VW connect app to work. I only need to use this I am told by my dealer as I have no service record in hard copy form it only being available on the app I am told. Hence after three years I am still trying to access any vehicle info despite having a live be connect account. It wants my S-PIN which I do no know and it won’t let me reset it in the app. Very grateful for any advice - I’m so frustrated with this app. Many thanks
