Let's see how many different models of Westie we've got.

“Going well”? Have you ever typed those words together before? First?

Do you really miss the old nail?

150 is a peach ta v much.

You should ask for a guest membership here, I’m sure it would be looked on favourably.

'going well' is relative I suppose. Godzuki! did fail his MoT, Something Betty never did :D Still, only a balljoint - not bad for a 22 year old.

Still a VIP member apparently. Not sure why that is.

Mine is a California T4 Exclusive, 99’ 2.5 TDI, and I just love it!! I have had it for a year now and I think I will never sell it!!!! Had a 91’ California T4 2.4D before, and this one is way better, both the distribution and especially the engine.

@Joaquin what color is your Exclusive?

Hi been following the forum since befor I bought a cali and only just registered but I think I own Betty bus mentioned above

Yeah I believe so yeah new engine fitted by monkeys on a strip down again lol

Yes, is my old van.

David - sorry you are having issues with the engine. Honestly, I went for the builder who seemed to have the best reputation on the T4 forums and had it fitted by someone recommended by a number of people on the local T4 group. Completely amazed at how badly it all went and continues to go.

On a more positive note, the van looks great now - you've done a fantastic job on the bodywork. Glad to see that you've been making good use of her. As sad as I was to see her go, I knew she was off to good home.

Yeah not to worry one of those things been great up until we came back from wales the other week I’m guessing the head was never re torqued too which might not of helped and also found a few leaks and dodgy wiring and missing bolts from starter lol atleast I’ve found it Befor it going wrong in Europe. should be back together this week I’ve heard from a few reputable ppl that aw have been building rubbish engines for a while .. how’s the new van

It wasn't retourqued when we had it, didn't know that was required. Missing bolts from starter? Gah.

New van has been going well, getting plenty of camping done. Was up in Wales last month as well, had a week of mountains and finished off with a little HiAce get together at Shell Island which was a lot of fun.

Have a great trip to Europe, looking forward to the pics on fb.

I think once they have done a few thousand miles they should be re torqued .. good as long as your enjoying it certainly enjoying the Cali now we have mastered getting the little one to sleep in it
