Professional Detailing and Ceramic Coating

Good stuff. Give him my regards.

Mike

Matt at System Clenz is amazing and very helpful before and after the work was done. I used him following Mike's recommendation and was exceedingly happy with the result. One thing is the glass treatment that makes driving in the rain so much safer.

Yup, still as expected. It’s a lot to spend, but my van is a ten year investment so I think it’s worthwhile.
I washed it today after a trip to Wales and it was super easy to do (wool mit and two bucket method). In the pics you should be able to see the water beading.

Hi all
I’ve just been quoted what I feel is a good price and just wanted feedback before I go ahead
Full clean with snow foam and 2 bucket method
Decontamination with clay bar etc
Stage 1 machine polish
Ceramic coating with gtechniq crystal serum light
Top coating with gtechniq evo v3
This treatment is for all bodywork, glass and alloys
T1 long lasting tyre dressing

After some bartering we’ve agreed a price of £475 and he comes to your house which makes things easier.

That’s a good price for all that. I’ve been quoted £800 for the same set up on my van

Doing it on site and with no premises to pay for gives the Detailer the margin. Only issue is will it be as good. Mine wanted the right conditions and the Cali overnight for curing. Good price though.

Hi Mike
Yes I agree about detailing on site but he’s just started up the business for himself and he brings a pop up garage which he leaves on site over nite and then finishes on 2nd day so fingers crossed I’ve got a good bargain. Will post pics and review afterwards
Regards

That sounds good Simon.

I’m sure it will look tremendous.

I’m into (semi pro) detailing and I’d like to think I’m good at it....haha.
I always find that dust settling on the van outside becomes a problem, so can understand why they use survival like garages with good lighting. Hence the mark up.

Thanks Mike and calimera for the feedback, we appreciate the feedback and recommendations from you both! It is very important to have the right facility for coatings, without the right environment and lighting things can be missed which can be very tricky to remove if noticed later on. It is also worth mentioning if you use a Gtechniq accredited detailer such as us then we can provide you with the appropriate guarantee should something go wrong.

And if anyone needs any advice give me a shout.
