£22 or £31.33 service plan

Our November '22 Beach has just had it's second service on 18,000 which we bought into on purchase and has the 5 year extended warranty. VW have quoted for a further 2 years of servicing at 2 levels over 24 months.
One is a 'standard service plan' at £22 per month for oil/pollen replacement x 2.
The other is the 'service plan plus' at 31.33 with the addition to the first option of diesel fuel filter/spark plug change (as required) and air filter change.
Any opinions before I commit to either or neither?

How much would a fuel filter and air filter be from them fitted?

24 payments of £31 for at most £250 in parts, ouch...thats a crazy profit margin for job that can be done in under 2hrs for 2 basic services.

Kev, no MOT with the 'plus, and Nik I've already made other enquiries with recommendations.

I'm switching to Swift for future services. A recognised/authorised VW independent in Westerhope/Tyne and Wear which gets rave reviews. No gimmicks, no up sales, just an honest servicing.
