2020 6.1 Cali EGR fault

Started my 2020 6.1 Cali (40,000 miles) a few weeks ago and the Low Coolant light came on, checked the reservoir and indeed the level had dropped. Topped it up and no further problems. Booked the van into VW Hereford for a regular service, and asked them to check for any leaks etc. They kept the van in overnight to conduct a pressure test, the result being a faulty EGR. Fortunately I took out the All-In package which includes a warranty, so the repair is covered; slight issue is they can’t take the van in until early August, which isn’t ideal for sure, however their Master Tech said that the van remains OK to drive and use, just need to keep an eye on the coolant and any warning lights (otherwise I’d have been tempted to park the van up until repaired).
