A week ago, our life changed…

Hi All,

Last week we picked up a 2016 Cali Beach in blue, and, to show we had truly made it, we got the ‘VW Wave’ from a van going the other way on its first long run down to Norfolk at the weekend.

We’ve spent a LONG time deliberating between Caravelle, Transporter conversion, etc, as we need three car seats worth of chairs in the back for the kids, room for the hound, and the ability to camp, and didn’t think we needed the kitchen but would prefer the extra seats, etc, etc.

Anyway, we discovered the Beach as an option, and then, after a while, found a nice one, and bought it within about 10 mins of viewing!

Looking forward to discovering how to make our new van a home on here.

Good choice. Got our T6 Beach last October and have loved every minute of using it as a five-aside bus, kids taxi, tip trip van, removal van, mobile all-weather picnic site and of course, camper.

Of course, it's traditional to share photos of your new pride and joy.
