Aluminium Trim

Hello

Does anyone know where you can buy the Aluminium Trim that goes around the rear compartment interior cupboard.

Ours has come adrift and broken !!!!

PN 7H7 068 040, comes as a length that is cut to fit, £7.60 ish
ETKA suggests PN D 004 004, double sided tape too at £21 a roll.

Seb, is that part number a VW number? Where do I get it from.

Yep that's the VW part number, available from VWC dealers or TPS. I couldn't see any variations in ETKA so looks like only one type available.

Give your local VWCC a call, better still call SMG and they''ll even post it!

As part of my California-ish build I could do with some replacement bits of aluminium furniture trim. Is this 5mm u channel available cut and bent to length for each section or do you have to buy a length and try and cut and bend it yourself?

Any advice would be much appreciated as I need to replace about 3 or 4 bits.
