Daft question but I can't work out how to press pause/mute on audio using the MFSW? (I have the steering wheel with adaptive cruise buttons etc).

A hint as to which vehicle you have and audio system might help.
On my T5.1 with RNS510 I just press the Phone Icon. Don't have my phone connected to the Unit. The sound is then muted.

An old thread but still an open question. On my new 6.1 it is driving me to distraction that there is no way to mute music or pause so that you can have a moment to talk or concentrate. My T5, I could press the phone button.
Internet search basically says tough. The manual says turn the knob until the sound can not be heard.
