Awning Foot Supports

I like the idea of supporting the awning legs from the body. Rather than permanent fixings I can find suction cups by Graft designed for the leg to go into. Has anyone tried these?

I’m guessing I wouldn’t be able wind it right out but they would be useful for short and hard stand stops.

Work well on a T4, but T5 onwards the front attachment is on the Drivers door which means you can't open it nor can you use Tie Down straps/guy ropes for added stability.

Should say that I realise it will obstruct the slider - part of my reason for asking. Needs an extra stop?

Also won’t be able to open the drivers door but we don’t anyway when parked up. It’s blocked by the seat being swivelled or forward.
