Are you aware that that Charger has an Internal Fuse?

No
I know there is 30a under seat.
Is it in the charger itself?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
The problem is the fridge wont work on hookup.
Battery charge of engine but then run flat after fridge has been on a couple of days even when on hookup.
I have power getting to socket inside.
I've checked fuse under seat.
Checked kettle lead also.

Thanks

The 30amp fuse is for the charger 12volt output circuits.
There is also a mains input fuse beside the IEC 240volt socket on the charger itself. This may have blown.

Hope that helps.

Ok I'll have a look in the next hour or so

Update
Fridge works when van engine is on and displays G even when on hookup.
and the display shows 13.9V and 20A
Checked kettle lead ok
Checked 30a fuse under seat ok
Checked fuse on charger ok
All visual checks/pulled out and put back after visual.

I have 240 power in van socket so getting power in.
New charger from VW £284

Looking at that photo the mains cable, on the right into the charger, has fallen out of the socket. So you have no mains to the charger at all.

Plug that back in and all should be OK.

Alan
Thanks Allan

That was a picture after I took the lead out to check it.
It was in very snug before I took it out.
I've given up trying to find a simple fix and come to realise it must be the charger.
I'm taken it to a auto electrician who also works on campers and motorhomes.
If it is the charger I might get a different charger put where the rear leisure battery is.
Thanks for the help

Ok just an update
Charger was removed fairly easy and tested and is knackered.
2 options
1st was to replace with original part from vw at a cost of £335 for the charger and £110 for labour.
2nd option
Replace with a more advanced charger placed in original charger shell. With built in cooler fan in the original position.
£130 for part and £110 labour.
Going with 2nd option.
I am realy pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the guy I dealing with my issue. He kept me informed and gave me all information to come to a decision.
He also owns a vw conversion himself.
Highly recommended

That is good to hear.
My only thought is that a cooling fan may be noisy as the charger is powered while the van is on hook-up.
That may be an issue at night?

BTW, I looked at my van this weekend and the grey box you mention is a relay but I don’t know what it switches.
