Advice needed please. Sorry if this is obvious I just don’t understand electric. I have 2014 T5 SE

1. Can one (or even two) of these run off the invertor by the passenger seat, when not on hook up? How many watts would each one use.

2. Does it take longer to charge things via the invertor (off hook up), rather than Via the power plug by the sink (on hook up). If so by how much?

No is the simple answer.
the inverter is only rated at 150w
it is also not a pure sinewave and can heat up/damage the charger
it’s inefficient to to convert up to 240v only to bring it back down to 42v
if you are on hookup use the 13a socket
for no hookup, try and find a 12v version of your bike charger Or buy a seper sinewave inverter and have it fitted.

Thanks for your advice, Loz. I thought i'd read the charger was 90W and that we would be able to charge one bike in the inverter, using the adapter in the pictures, as the inverter allows 150W limit. I'm glad i checked.

There doesn't seen to be a 12V option and the other option sounds complicated for me so will rely on hook up. Thanks again for your help.
