Bluetooth

Hi all. The bluetooth in my California (2014) has just stopped working. If I click on the phone button it just mutes the radio. I can’t even see a Bluetooth option on the display and my phone can’t pick anything up either. Any suggestions?

Mine is a different fuse to the stereo, so check all fuses if it’s suddenly stopped working.

If it’s not the fuse you can check if the BT module is working using diagnostics. (Ie Carista.)

The BT module sits under the glovebox - (you need to remove the glovebox), so impossible to knock the wire out by accident.
