Cab Heating Off but still On?

Question

I have the cab heating set to 21 both sides. I turn it to off because it’s to hot, but still feel warm air coming out of the two side vents...?

I’ve asked VW and they say the circulation button needs to be pressed or the vents closed...?

What’s the point of off if it isn’t actually off...?

They say the fans are off but will still collect warm air from the heating matrix

That's right, the warm air will still be pushed over the matrix from outside, especially when you are in motion.

Best just turning the heat down or closing the vents.

Can’t remember that being an issue on the old T5.1...
There are some things on the T6 which are very odd.

On my original T5 cali, i close the vents or turn the temperature control to cold, or turn the air con on
