Well I bought one anyway - it fits, has a nice red button and it works (so far). The pin connector needed a gentle squeezes with pliers to tighten it up a bit but otherwise it's fine. Oh and it cost £9.50. I don't know how much VW charge for there's.

Hi Tutti - our piezo has stopped working so we need to fix. Does it come with fitting instructions and was it an easy diy job? - I'm not to clever in that department

check the wires underneath,they sometimes come off

Is working! Maybe there is a loose connection that I reconnected while fiddling around
