Cannot Lower Pop Top

I had an issue with Lowering the Pop top recently on a T6.1. The control unit was unresponsive for the roof lowering. Contacted the hire company and they suggested disconnecting the main engine battery for 30 minutes. It ended up being an hour before I reconnected it (got talking to someone) and this fixed the issue and didn’t happen again
