Cargo door not opening

Hi All. My rear cargo door wont open on the key. It was fixed and was told the rod and become disconnected. Now two weeks later same issue. Anyone had it happen. It make the sound when you go to open it but it just stays locked.

Hi yes it’s quite common did they replace the securing clip when the rod was reconnected? If not it needs replacement
