After a few days away where our regulator failed and we couldn't use the gas hobs in the van, thoughts have turned again to whether I should get a Cobb oven.
But it's the age-old question of compact or full size.
I'll be using it mostly for roasting, pizzas, bread etc as (regulator notwithstanding!) We'll use the hob for boiling, casseroles etc and we have a BBQ/firepit.
I've seen that compact gets hotter as closer to coals. Bit someone mentioned accessories will add to the space (not sure why this would t be the case with full size? I'd only have roasting grill and pizza stone initially, unless the extension is a necessary).
But I can get better bundle deal on the full size so would work out cheaper.
Is the space saving with the compact all that? Does the full size fit under rear bench anyway?
So.confused.
