hi all ive a t28 kitted out as a company van its going back in jan 18 thinking about getting a california throuugh my company is it taxed as a car or a van any help please ive seen a tread where someone got his cali through the dvla as a plg ? many thanks dave
 
Taxed as a car. Windows and seats behind the driver.

Yes it would be.

Even second hand, because the tax is based on the list price (before discount) when originally new to the first owner, even if that wasn't you.
 
The tax treatment won't automatically follow any designation by dvla
 
(PS Just in case anyone was wondering, no I don't work for HMRC)
