Continental camber

Just arrived in Calais and a miracle haa happened. M.Macron's roads have instantly corrected the off-center steering wheel despite two lengthy visits and failed correction attempts at Synter VW Llandudno.
Seems to me that some of these German vehicles are ser up for a continental road camber. Is this possible?

When getting wheel alignment checked/adjusted its best to have the engine running so the power steering is pressurised, and the steering wheel locked level. The vehicles steering angle sensor can mess the adjustments up some times.
