Convert USB on drivers side seat to Cigarette lighter charger

Hi All, I'm wanting to convert the 2 usbA ports that are on the drivers seat, bottom right (in Australia), to a more useful charging port. Any ideas how to access it and if the power to the existing ports will be the same as that to a cigarette lighter port? Even better to an Anderson plug as they don't port out. Thanks for any suggestions.
