Creaking from rear suspension

I have recently had a rear offside spring replaced. Initially it was ok but now it seems to have developed a creak. With the wheel off it looks like the spring is touching/wearing the suspension arm. I put some grease on the wear point and it seemed to solve the creak, temporarily, it is now back again.
Anyone else had similar issue, has spring being installed incorrectly?
