My passenger door is catching the front wing. Is there any adjustment avaialble on the hinge? Can't see any obvious way?

A photo will help. Still in Warranty?

Are the shut lines all even? Has it been caught in the wind and nearly folded back?

No wind has caught my door. It is still under warranty. Here are some photos, you will see it has already worn through the lacquer and paint. Door shuts don’t look too bad once closed. Passenger side vs drivers side photos included.

Hi LRG
The gap on the near side looks like it’s not parallel, if the door has dropped ( which it looks like it has) the bottom on the door will be closer to the body work, due to the way the hinge works it allows the door to catch the wing, as in the photos.
If you measure the gap at the top and bottom both sides, I’m sure you will find a couple of mm variation on the near side, which looks like your problem.
Adjustment is not an easy diy, and the bolt holding the door should be replaced as a consequence of adjustment.

Take it to a dealer and have it fixed whilst in warranty

Went to the van to check. Adjustment options are not very apparent for the kind of misalignment to your door. Seems to be a dealer fix I am afraid.

Use of shims seem to be the only adjustment option. The gap from top to bottom should be the same.
