Dumb question number 1 (I'll have many more). Awnings

So
Although officially on a smallish budget, the PCP terms mailed to me this morning for a base spec New T6 Ocean maybe feasible at a stretch. A real stretch that is.
Anyway, the cassette awning with the telescopic legs and wind out handle....standard?
I have looked on the VW site obviously and see something listed as part of the base spec (awning rail black) but sometime ago I rang swiss vans and got the impression its not.
I don't know if this is the awning or not.

The black awning rail is the one attached both sides of the cali the black is standard the silver aluminium one is extra I believe.the wind out cassette awning is definitely an extra but well worth it .

Like a lot of options, it's cheaper to buy the awning from the factory than from a dealer at a later point. So definitely worth considering.

Having said that, we've had our van over a year and only used the awning about 10 times!
