Failed USB Adapter from Acessory Store

I purchased a Griffin twin USB cigar adapter through the Accessory Store on 24th May receipt number 3617-2659-5132-6931 value £4.99. However having used the device once, it has now failed. Could you please let me know how I can obtain a replacement for this item.

Hi David

Thanks for the 2 USB adaptors that arrived today. However they are the wrong ones. The failed device was the Griffin Dual USB Adaptor.

Could you please send me one of those and I'll return the 2 I received today to the Kettering address.
