Faulty gas ring

I have a 2007 california. One of the gas rings keeps going out. I have been told that I need to know the make of the gas ring to have it repaired. I haven't been able to find this out. Does anyone know the answer to this?

What you'll need is one of these... it's what I used on my 2009.

Yes indeedy... exactly the same... lights fine when holding, goes out when released. (Initially started going out intermittently, then wouldn't hold a light at all)

Assuming gas flow is Ok of course.

I actually bought two back in 2013... one to keep as a spare.
