Fridge thermostat plastic white cover removal?

Does anyone know how to remove this cover in the fridge please? Apparently it just pops off but don’t want to force it.

Looks like it may have 4 screws but I can’t get the 4 white round covers to come off so wondering if it all pulls off in one piece?
