Heater issue

I have a 2015 California SE and a couple of times recently the heater has started after I have been in the van and then locked up.

Is there a programme not closed off? Console, top left, a clock symbol showing instead of the flame symbol.

What do you mean by locked up? The control panel?

The heater is reliant on a couple of things:
Do you have at least 1/4 tank of fuel.
Battery voltage ok too?

Short cut for clearing programmes. Simply turn the console off, (bottom left button) then right again. Clears all programmes.
