How do I open the tool box at the back of the rear seat?

When we bought the van we were told there was a tow bar in the box at the back of the seat. We never looked to check this but now want to use the tow bar. How do we access it? Thanks.

undo the 2 little lugs/screws on toolbox to remove then undo velcro strap around it

Done. Thanks. Reading other methods it appeared far more complicated than it actually was.

Just have to work out how to fit the tow bar now. Youtube here I come!
