Assuming this is a 240V blender, then you can only use it on hook up. The inverter will only provide 150W, so that won't work. If it was 12V you wouldn't be able to use it at all as there is nowhere to get a 12V, 130A supply.

I can only speak for the UK but most EHU here are 10amp or 13amp.

To give you an idea assuming 230v...

6 Amps 1,380
10 amps 2,300
13 amps 2,990

Inverter is restricted to 150w

12v socket is 20a max which would be 240w (12volt appliance)

Maybe you just need a cordless blender? That links to a Kitchenaid one and a quick search reveals that it can be found on eBay for around £100. It has a charger rated at 220-240V, 18W which would work off hookup if you use the inverter.

There are probably others and I did see a hand cranked one as well.

Remember that the 12V sockets are actually fused at 15A despite what the generic cap says on it.
