How to put the Brandrup second skin covers on?

Beginners question for the Brandrup seat covers here. First few days with our new Cali (can't stop smiling!), but I tried to put our new seat covers on, and after an hour and a half gave up with bruised fingers and broken nails. I got the pulling on part ok, but how do you get the back of the seat seat cover on and around the back of the seat? Then how do you pull the bottom of the back cover down behind the seat? And what does the velcro do on both parts?

Managed to get the headrest covers on after a tussle though!
