How to replace the sliding table

I am trying to replace the plastic part which connects the sliding table and kitchen unit and I have no clue how to set the plastic part into the sliding rail.

Does anyone knows how to set the part in to the rail? Do I need to take the rail off from the kitchen unit?

No need to remove the rail.
Just remove the stop from the end of the rail near the wardrobe.
I have a T5.1 but assume it’s the same on a T6.
