How to stop your van rolling off the ramps

You know how it goes - you're tired, you need to level the van, you drive up on to the ramps, put it into gear, take off the hand brake to swivel the driver's seat - and the van rolls backwards!

We've just got these little chocks on a freind's recommendation and they work a treat! You just place them immediately behind both wheels on the ramp

One of the advantages of DSG ;)
And i don't turn my drivers seat arround that much (LHD);)
Also that handbreak is not pulled up unless on a steep pitch....;)

Get levelblocks with extra shocks to put on the opposite side.
 
The van still relaxes back when disengaging the handbrake with DSG in park, just the same as a manual it will override the gearbox in reverse if steep enough even in a forward gear.
