Import of LEFT HAND DRIVE T6 Ocean into the UK

Hello, I am importing my 2016 LEFT HAND DRIVE T6 Cali Ocean into the UK. I have been told by the DVLA that it needs a Mutual Recognition Certificate. Is this true? It looks like I need to get the speedo and lights modified. If anyone has any experience of this, I would be very grateful. Thanks. Hugh

As it is left hand drive it requires a MRC. Bear in mind failure to comply with any rules may nullify your insurance. The UK Gov web site explains the requirements and is easily understood.
