Kitchen cupboard lower rail guide (white plastic thing the doors slide on)

Does anyone know if this would be covered to be replaced by my Extended Warranty (VW)?

It's split at one end.

Just wondered before I ask the VW service center in case I get fobbed off.

If it has failed and not user error I'd say it should be covered.

I'll guess I'll see what they say... they don't seem too clued up on Californias which worries me, so i think I might just go to Breeze in Southampton for my last Full Service under Warranty and save everything up for them to resolve.
