Kitchen window/blind storage

Having had a problem with sliding blind rubbing film off of window decided to use the blind for storage. I used a fablon material to black out the window so you don't see the grey blind from outside. Then found two Addis kitchen organisers that fit into the recess a treat. I removed the suction cups and used sticky back Velcro to fix. The organisers were £4 each so about a tenth of the Brandrup option, albeit not quite as posh!

The Brandrup spice pocket is there on mine and also put a black carton behind the panel so it has a black look instead grey.

Wow, didn't know there was a blind there at all, you've made my day with this hack!! Thank you!
I had a little trouble pulling the blind out (for it's inaugural appearance) because there is an electrical wire at the top fouling it in the upper track. I kept shoving the wire up & out of the way and the blind moved across .
There was a bit of pushing & tugging so I hope it hasn't damaged anything to do with the electrics.
I'm leaving it shut and won't need a cereal box to do its job!
