Lost VIP status

Hi

I can't seem to access the downloads any more and have lost the VIP member icon. I am paid up until 24th November so not sure why this is. Can you help?

I also think I have lost my VIP status (the diagonal banner at the top right seems to have reverted to saying "becoming a VIP")... and I'm paid up until early 2016 at least.

Mine has said that since I joined, you are still showing as a VIP As long as you still have the access to the VIP sections, let me know if you don't.

Thank you Matt.... I'm sure it used to say "VIP member" and just changed recently. But I can get to the downloads, so I guess that is the main thing!
