Lowering a T6 Beach

Hello

Looking to lower my T6 Beach. Simply so it will fit in the garage !

Will doing this effect my warranty? I'm using 18 inch wheel, so would these need replacing?

Any comments welcome

The VW approved kit lowers it by 30mm and should not effect warranty. There have been reports however that this can create uneven tire wear and I believe the VW stopped lowering sportline vans from factory because of this. This is the t5 kit however and not sure how different the t6 kit is.

VB air suspension is another option but fairly pricey!

Wheel size does not matter as the Wheel + Tyre circumference is the same whether 16",17" or 18" as long as the recommended size tyres are fitted.

A bit left field but..

I knew someone who had a different approach and lowered his garage floor by cutting two tram lines.
Mostly sweat being the cost.
