Missing item in tool kit?

I opened up the tool kit on my Ocean a couple of days ago and noticed a cut out in the foam that is empty. Looking at the picture it’s the space that looks like a UFO. So would anyone know if there should be a tool or something in the space?

My 2.5 year old Cali came delivered exactly the same way. I just didn't worry about it and so far haven't found I needed anything that might have hidden in there. Just chillin' here. By the way your vehicle status says "looking to buy". Is that correct?
