Is there some regulation that sates,

No dog owned or operated by a motorhome owner shall exceed the following dimensions-

L450mm, H 300mm W 150mm.

In addition to the above, it shall, whenever possible, yap constantly at such a frequency to cause maximum annoyance to anyone within a 200m radius.

I think there are specifications on the length of their ears as well - to look very pokey.
