My California and ATR Tyres

Does anybody run their Cali on ATR tyres to help with grass campsites/showgrounds/fields/etc and even rocky tracks in Spain/Andorra/Alps etc. ?

I am about to change out of my Winter road tyres and it just occurred to me as a choice...

If fuel consumption and road noise are not a concern then shouldn’t be a problem.
However, please note that although they might give good traction at low speed this may not be the case at high speed and in the wet, so choose carefully.

Pirelli scorpion surprisingly are only 72db about the same as my Contis.
As WG says, economy suffers a bit, not much though.

Yes I run them on my Discovery 4 at times but I never on a Cali. Problem is 255/45 R18 tyres are not exactly available in every design. Very few choices.
