Hi all, hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I have a 2006 Cali SE and have an issue with the panel in the rear on the drivers side just below the window - see photo (not mine, can’t take a phot of mine at the moment as not here).

on mine this panel is fabric and the fade-in has come away, this means every time I put the bed down in the back it pulls it away from the old fixing/glue (it’s a really messy substance that gets all over the bedding).

does anyone know what part this is, what I should be looking for to replace it? From what I can see newer models appear to be plastic rather than fabric

any help greatly appreciated

I spent some time searching for the same panel, its not
available as just that small panel, its the full one and then
if you find it its not with the right trim.

I spoke to an auto upholstery guy, he shook his head a few times, he could
nearly match the material to recover it but said it would be a lot
cheaper if I removed the cloth and the glue in place.

Removing the cloth was easy, but the orange glue is tricky to get
it all off.
Spent some time trying. He did say that I might just settle for the black
plastic once I removed it all.
At the moment mine has a black and orange patina look to it.

I'm sure that he can stick some new stuff on but he said only when
all of the orange glue is gone. Maybe cos he wants to guarantee
his work.
I would be interested to know how you get on.

Autoglym intensive bug and tar spot remover is amazing at removing sticky glue like substances.
