New UK car company anyone?

So Jaguar, land rover, honda, nissan are slowly pulling out or delaying making cars in the UK due to Brexit and Porsche is potententially asking for a 10% brexit fee increase

So is this the time for some UK entrepreneur/ business to seize the opportunity to reignite the UK car making sector and start a new UK car brand, that other companies are leaving a gap in the market.

Eg JCB was an avid leave voter, so what about a JCB SUV or 4x4?

Im a couple of billion short to start it all up? Any investers

It was announced in January 2018 that the Welsh Government had previously acquired a minority 3% stake in TVR in early 2016, following independent and specialist due diligence for the sum of £500,000, with this share purchase, it also provided a £2 million repayable commercial loan to the company, alongside a private sector lender.
