New way to use bike rack.

........and only two flimsy straps holding the whole lot in the upright position !

Not sure what's going on here. Rental customer? New owner?
Thoughts peeps.
Reminds me of a rental we saw a couple of days ago driving along a country road in South Wales with the roof fully up!!!!! We flashed and waved them down and needless to say they were shocked and embarrassed that they had forgotten to lower it. Makes you feel for rental companies and the issues they potentially have to fix on rental returns.

Reminds me of a while back when I was driving on the highway in Belgium and a car in front of me lost his entire bike rack with 2 bikes on it. Luckily nobody was harmed.

Someone lost a bike in the M5 yesterday in front of us. It took out the next car behind. Got stuck under/in the front of the car and looked like it punctured a front tyre. There was a hell of a lot of debris but I think it was just one bike. At least the owner stopped.

Hopfully nothing got damaged or anyone hurt. I get the feeling the owner didn't got a proper hand over or doesn't know this friendly board with helpful people.

The driver/owner of that vehicle shouldn't be let outside his front door unless escorted by someone. He is a danger to himself and others. It doesn't require a brain the size of a planet to work out how the bike rack works. He also voided his Insurance. There is no excuse.

Oh God...hope it wasn't one of mine!

Actually its far better than some, at least you can see the lights & numberplate.

....and you know, they are talking about introducing flying cars to the public????

Probably lost the bike rack key and were unable to lower it.... or am I being too generous?

the locking arms got stolen as he left them unlocked attached to the unloaded rack?
I hope only the are securely attached to the rack and he won't lose them.

Last week on holiday I noticed a lot more rental vans, not only calis. Among them a lot of clueless people that don't know how to wind out a awning, how to level a van, how to park inside a camping spot, no camping etiquette, basically flipping morons. unfortunately that is one of the downsides of coronavirus that pushed clueless idiots into camping.
rant off.

Used mine to drop the recycling off when I broke camp on Sunday. Don’t worry I did no more than 2mph and someone followed to make sure I didn’t lose any bits.
