Noisy windscreen wipers

I have just had a set of new front windscreen wipes fitted at a VW van dealer. They are nosier than the old ones but at least work well. I thought I would get another set and fit them myself. Any suggestions?

Get yourself some rain-x screen cleaner and give the screen a good clean and will be smooth as a baby's..
