Overhead control panel

Just taken delivery of my first california 2 days ago.
I have looked at my owners handbook several times but it doesn't mention the
overhead control panel or surroundings area anywhere, it also mentions a
california supplement which I also can't find.
Can anybody help.

Your first port of call should be your dealer - you should definitely have the supplement.
